This is a question I get all the time: Should I invest in SEO or paid advertising? Here's the thing... One marketing channel isn't better than the other. They each accomplish different goals during different stages of the funnel.
The biggest drawback to paid ads is that they tend to have an expensive learning curve. We recently asked 13,350 marketers if their paid ads are profitable. And 78.2% said no. Only 21.8% were able to make money off paid ads. So, if you must choose a single channel, I'd say go with SEO. But ideally, you'll want to leverage all channels along the customer journey. My team can help you optimize your website and your paid ads to ensure both drive the best results for you. Reach out if you need guidance. Cheers, Neil PS: Already have ads running on Google?
