TikTok drives sales even if your customers aren’t on it

You already know ChatGPT is the talk of the town.

It has been for years.

Before that it was TikTok.

And I'm not here to tell you that your customers are on TikTok, because for many businesses, they aren't.

But did you know that ChatGPT and other LLMs like Gemini and Perplexity have different deals with social media platforms for data?

Just think of it this way.

Let's say ChatGPT has a deal with TikTok.

And you don't post on TikTok, but one of your competitors does.

Now, let's say your ideal customer asks ChatGPT for a product or service recommendation related to what you do.

And they start pulling from TikTok (or even Reddit).

By not creating content and being on social platforms like TikTok, ChatGPT decided to push your competitor instead of you.

Poof, that potential customer never got to hear about you, even though you have a better product, service, price, and reviews.

Marketing is a multiplatform game.
