Your creatives are the key to your marketing success. And I don't just mean ad creatives like static images or videos. I'm talking about the creative brains behind your marketing campaigns. Here's an example: At my agency NP Digital, we use Performance Max (PMax). My team noticed that PMax was optimizing campaigns to a lot of "junk" leads. They started separating the junk leads from the good leads and told PMax to use only the good leads as a conversion point. As a result, PMax started optimizing for what we wanted and our campaign performance went up. This all came down to humans noticing a problem and coming up with a solution.
