You would think the more SEO you do the higher your traffic will go up.

But that isn't always the case.

SEO can actually hurt your traffic. Especially if you do too much of it.

Before you spend much more time on SEO check this out to ensure you aren't hurting your traffic.

As long as you avoid it, your traffic should go up. :)
